This class promises a hearty workout while simultaneously flexing your creative muscles. Through various ensemble theater exercises, partner stretches, contact improvisation, techniques of Grotowski and other body/voice connection explorations, we will prepare ourselves for whatever creative challenge lies ahead so when you walk into the room, you are always warm and ready to play and explore the possibilities.
